December 6th-7th, Tokugawa Village Tokyo
For this special event, Ikebana sensei Toro Iroka and visual artist Juliette Fortuit Innocenti, are joining the photographer Aru du Val to propose a free interpretation of his work on Fujisan. The result is a collaboration that unifies photography, Ikebana and visual art to create a multidimensional expérience. The 3 mediums, photography, visual art and Ikebana, blend together to explore the many facets of this iconic mountain. Come and be moved by the power of Fujisan that inspired artists ever since it exists.

Spiral Award
101st Sogetsu Annual Exhibition, Tokyo
November 22. - 23., 2019
I participated for the first time in the Sogetsu Annual Exhibition, and won the spiral prize, to the best Ikebana.
"Just beautiful is not enough," was the subject on which we should work.
Another condition was to use wire and a small vase of acrylic.
Since the place where we are exibing is in the form of a spiral, that was the geometric form that I took as a basis to create my arrangement.
The prize was awarded by the Wacoal art center.
